Sulafah Loyalty Card – Terms & Conditions.
- The Loyalty Card is issued free of charge to all customers upon a single
purchase of Rs. 20,000 or more from Sulafah. - Loyalty Card Members shall earn 1 point for every Rs. 20 spent, equivalent to 5% of the total purchase value, on regular-priced shoes, bags, and jewellery.
- Each 1 point shall have a redeemable value of Rs. 1.
- The loyalty card must be presented at the time of redemption.
- Points can be redeemed on future purchases only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points are not earned on gift vouchers, special promotions, clearance items, or discounted products unless otherwise announced.
- The loyalty card is not applicable for online purchases unless Sulafah’s official online store is included in the loyalty program.
- The loyalty account must be linked to the customer's registered mobile number.
- Points will be credited within 24 hours of purchase.
- Returned or exchanged items will result in the deduction of the corresponding points.
- Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
- Members may receive exclusive offers, early access to sales, birthday rewards, and special promotions.
- Loyalty benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered customer.
- Sulafah reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Card or its benefits at any time without prior notice.
- Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of membership and forfeiture of all accumulated points.
- By using the Sulafah Loyalty Card, the cardholder agrees to abide by the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
