Exchange Policy

At Sulafah.com.pk, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can exchange items if they are defective or sent incorrectly. Please know that you must provide us with a written record of the reason for the exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Custom, Oversize, or hazardous items cannot be exchanged. Items that have been used will not be accepted for exchange. Items that have any stains, emit odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damage, or water stains will not be accepted for exchange.

• Exchange can be processed via courier or Outlets.
• Bags and free gifts or promotional items are not exchangeable.
• Refund is not applicable on shipping and handling charges.
• The customer shall bear shipping charges for sending the item for exchange.
