Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase or the invoice date, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Exchanges will only be processed upon presentation of the original invoice and Claim ID. This applies to both in-store and online purchases.
Sale and discounted items are exchangeable on the discretion of the Head Office.
Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for exchange.
Bags & Jewellery cannot be exchanged.

Online Exchange Process

Customers within Pakistan may exchange their products by:

Visiting the nearest Sulafah outlet, or
Sending the product via courier. Once dispatched, please share the courier tracking number (CN#) with us on WhatsApp: +92 335 777 2424.

After receiving and inspecting the product, exchange requests are processed within 3–5 business days. Once the replacement item is dispatched, the new tracking details will be shared with the customer.

If you receive an incorrect product or an item that arrives damaged, Sulafah will bear all return and replacement shipping charges. Please report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order by sharing clear images of the product and packaging with our Customer Support team.
